Every consultation is provided by a practitioner registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Your practitioner exercises independent clinical judgement and is responsible for your care. We do not pay practitioners to prescribe, and prescribing decisions are never linked to product sales.

Australian law — including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code — restricts advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public. That’s why you won’t find treatment names, prices for specific prescription products, or “add to cart” for medicines anywhere on this site.

We think that’s a good thing: it means a qualified clinician, not a website, decides what is appropriate for you.

• You complete a short, non-clinical eligibility check or enquiry.
• If suitable, you have a private consultation with an AHPRA-registered practitioner who reviews your history.
• Your practitioner decides whether any treatment is clinically appropriate — and treatment isn’t suitable for everyone.
• Any prescribed treatment is dispensed by a pharmacy, with costs disclosed to you separately and privately.

We aim to describe outcomes honestly. Results vary from person to person, depend on your practitioner’s assessment and your adherence to your plan, and are never guaranteed.
